Hold 0 and 8 buttons down while turning it on. 7,9, start, clear/stop, interrupt. Hope you replaced the developer. CJ

Previous reply was to reset pm counter. If unit is not working, hold down clear/stop and 8 to read the code relating to the problem. Post the code if needed. C7 is fuser problem. Usually lamp or thermistor. There's also a reset for this code but am reluctant to provide it as much more damage can be done if it's done without the problem being corrected first. U a tech? CJ

If it does not have an interrupt button, try substituting with print key. CJ

Interrupt is the pause button, looks like an = with an arrow pointing to it. Left side of control panel, under the energy save button on my machine.

0+8 power on 79 enter set to 0 and hit interrupt recycle power on the machine This will reset the PM counter. Then take the 1550 and throw it out the window. This is by far one of the biggest dogs Toshiba ever put out.
