C552 stuck operation. (intermiting)

I have a C552 that get stuck during operation. Upgraded F/W to latest and updated movie data. this machine has the following option installed fax (fk-502, fs-526 with punch option). reseated all connectors on mfp board and nav ram. any suggestion?

when you updated the firmware did you update the BootRom first?
I had a similar problem and it seems the copier doesn't actually take the new firmware unless you perform the BootRom first. Also might try reformatting the hdd and loading the 2nd movie data.

You can tell that the machine is updated properly when you look at the printers settings in Usermode and it lists that its version 2.
