Sorry, I dont have the manual, but I can tell you that the PB (Imagistics) C235 is the equivalent to the Panasonic Panasonic FP-7824. Good Luck, Steve

to enter service mode-- press and hold "user preset",then "original size",and then the #3... to exit service mode-- press and hold "user preset" and "clear/stop"... while in service mode go to f8-06 and view the error history. ( believe it holds last 30 errors and jams starting with oldest error first).. hope this helps.. let me know what ya find and i'll see if i can help ya..

We just inherited a C235, and it has access codes set up. How do we reset the machine completely or remove the access codes. We have no idea what the access codes are and have no way of getting them.

thanks

Hold down the USER PRESET original size LEDGER and the 3 key
simultaneously.
If this is done correctly the display should show F1.
press the 5 key and press print.
Enter 42 and press print.
enter 0 and press print.
press the USER PRESET and the STOP\CLEAR keys simultaneously.
that should exit you from service mode
you may have to turn the machine off and on to see the change.

i agree with dqydj.. f5-42 set to "0" should disable dept. mode..if ya ever want to enable it again... just set it to "2"..

There are 3 PM counters, fuser web, duplex, and maintenence. Enter the service mode (press/hold, in order, 'user preset key, copy size ledger key and the number 3 key. Release together. See F1 in the window)
Enter '7' (see 'F7')
Press print (see '000')
Enter '70' ('72' or '73') and press print. (you should see a number 000 or 001)
If there is a '001', then,
Clear the field by pressing print again. (see '---')
Enter 3 zeros, and press print again to lock in new setting. (entering zeros turns off the PM counter)
Press red stop button to back up one menu and enter 72 and then 73 following the same procedures.
When finished, press stop until the menu no longer changes, then,
Press/hold, in order, user preset and red stop button to exit service mode.

A word of caution, turning off the web counter will allow the maching to run after the material is gone. This will damage the fuser components.
