Konica 7030 error 23

Greetings to everybody,

I have Konica 7030 showing error 23 Someone says it is the developer I bought the drum and developer but I dont know what number in program mode in 47 or in 25 and what is sub code for initialization of developer and resetting the counter, pls. I need help

f23-1 is a pcl error not a dv error ( dv errors are f26 codes)the pre charge lamps are either unplugged or bad.......they sit next to the charge corona on the drum unit, and are plugged in on the front side of the drum unit ,hope this helps
