Pitney Bowes C235 Please Help

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get into the service mode on this PB C235 and clear the maintenance counter. It has a flashing wrench. :confused:

to enter service mode, ya press "user preset", then (while holding it down), press "original size" (and while holding both of them down), press the #3 button.... this will get ya into serv. mode.. ..then press# 7 and print button.... this will enter ya into the electronic counter mode.. then press #22 and print button.... this is the p/m counter... the LED will display the 1st three #'s of of p/m count..pressing the print button then scrolls to the 2nd set of #'s of p/m count...to reset count, while the 1st set is shown, press "0" and print.. then print again to show 2nd set... press"0" then print... now the p/m counter has been reset... the wrench may possibly be on for something other than p/m... instead of #22, press #23(developer count),or #26(fuser cleaning web counter).. now on the fuser web, this counter counts backwards, so ya need to set this count to eighty thousand after web replacement..(believe that the wrench comes on for this one if the count falls below 1000..) hope all this helps.. good luck..
