Bizhub pro c500 Report code sc35-01

Does anyone know how to fix "Call In Service Report code sc35-01"?
This is for a Bizhub pro c500.

turn off the machine, turn on the machine in 2-5 mode and set the Sw 3-1 to 0 but be jure your fusing is Checked and OK...
This also happens if some paperjams repeatly happend in the fusing unit.

Thank you so much... I am up and running again. There was a pretty nasty paper jam in the fuser.
