Can't printon legal paper - BizHub 500c

I've got some users who cannot print legal from the BizHub 500c. There is not even an option to select it. I have the printer set to auto detect paper, but it always goes with 8.5X11. Any ideas on how to get this to work? I'm new to Konica products.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

500C? Are you mixing that up with a C500? Colour copier?

If that is the machine, you likely are using a Fiery controller. You will need to use the drivers specific to that controller (and system code version number) in order to be able to configure your driver to see the options of the copier, allowing you to then select the paper sources you want.
