Admin 2 - Network Setting - SMTP Setting. Fill the IP SMTP server address with IP mail server and email address for the copier. Try it.

This machine hasn't support SMTP Auth so email scanning is difficult even impossible.

Sure. Different with bizhub 350/250. You can change the SoftSW setting to activate the SMTP Auth
