Hi guys
We recently replaced the control board on a b211 and downgraded the firmware to ver 2.0 in order to get the machine to accept all the options , now the machine is showing funny carracters and symbols on the control panel and we cannot acces anything , when we try to do force firmware by holding in the utility key and switching it on, the pc recocnize it as a twain device and looks for a driver for a docujet so we cannot connect to it then.
Any advise please
