Hi,
I just connected a c350 to the network to serve as work group printer.
After installing the driver, the machine is displaying a message that the paper in tray 1 is the wrong type -- regardless of the print layout settings, or type / orientation of paper in the machine.
It's a used machine, and I have never seen this occur before now.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am new as a copier repair tech, so please forgive me if it is something simple that I am overlooking.
