Is it possible to print sixe 10 envelope on bizhub pro C500?
I have a project to print envelope and I hate to outsource it if this machine can do it.

I very much doubt it. To put it into perspective, the C6500 has a much lower fusing temperature and still it's hard (but not impossible) to print envelopes on it. So, on the C500, which has a much hotter fusing unit, I doubt you can print envelopes without creasing them.

I concur. Envelopes are a problem on both series machines. One client has grudgingly agreed they will have to send the envelopes to the press or print out labels, which we are not to crazy about running through either machine, mostly because of the high probability the labels will peel in the paper path regardless of brand name or condition.

Thank you for your input, I will have to outsource the job.

I just had to deal with this a couple of weeks ago, Konica has a work around. I'll have to see if I can find it and post.

I own a C500 and have pursued the same subject and have seen an additional impediment to envelope printing: double sheet feed detection. The c500 will sense the multiple thicknesses of the envelope and assume that multiple sheets have been fed and stops so you can clear the sheets. I have heard of no work-around on this machine but would love to hear of one.
