Color registration in konica minolta C500

Hi! all,
I have a used konica minlota c500.
There is color registration problem.
Specially when i get a print with four color text, then yellow and maginta goes out.
I have replaced old parts with new like Developer unit, drums, Transfer belt.
But i have not replaced Charging rollers of transfer belt.

Please help me if there is any programming fault or hard ware.

In 25 mode, check software switch 23-2 and set to 1 (fine adjust) and 23-3 and 23-4 set to 0 (enabled)
also
25-4 and 25-4 and 25-5 set to 0

then 36 mode, 2. Image adjustment, 2. Timing adjustment, 8. Auto. color registration adj.

I would say clean the color reg sensor that is located right above the fuser. But if that worked... cool.
