Hi
I'm getting CFB55,CFB56, CFB57, CFB58 error codes intermitely on a bizhub c250 (MFP Control Board/Engine) i have reset these now but log shows that these have been reset about 10 times in the last week. machine seems ok now have run of about 50 prints. does anybody have an idea what they mean.

MFPB failure.

Likely needs to be replaced.

Try reseating all the cards and such on the board, but I doubt this will help

CFB55 indicates a problem with your NVRAM chip. Are you a KMBS tech?

try swapping NVRAM with another machine and see if the problem follows to that machine and vice versa.

Failing that, try doing an NVRAM restore (via special firmware you can download from mykonicaminolta). I do however recommend that before you do this to generate a service ticket with Tech Support regarding this. They will likely direct you to do this, but it helps getting the event recorded before you make the attempt. If NVRAM is completely toasted, you will have to have it replaced, and Tech Support records can get this ball rolling.
