i want buy a reseter chip for image unit c250 but i see in a video you must change the chip in the image unit

in the front of the i.u. on the bottom of the plastic cover there will be a chip roughly a half inch by half inch that you will need to swap with the new chip one screw holds the chip on. or it will be behind the cover itself 4 screws i think, then unplug the connector and swap out the chip. i do believe that you have to send the chip out first
