FS-514 on bh C352, code 1183, Tray stuck in the up position.

Came from a wholesaler, and I was working the bugs out of the finisher (bad staple alignment, etc.) and realized that I was shorted one of the trays. While running it the thing stopped at the top and when I cycled the power I got the 1183 code. It does not try to raise or lower, and the exit rollers cycle until it codes out.

Remove the vertical rear cover of the tray section, locate the drive motor at the bottom and manually wind the trays down a couple of inches. Replace the cover and switch on, it should reset.
