c451 colour registration issues on thick 3/4 upto 300gr

good day i have this machine giving endless troubles with color regitration issuses on thick 3/4 board
the magenta and cyan color shift.


we have done the bullitin for color shift and then machine works fine for week ...problem then comes back..


any ideas
