I have a problem regarding with old model konica 1212,toner is not drop to developing unit.Any body can help im not familiar because im a ricoh tech,thanks and more power to any body.

Take out drum unit, take off dev unit & drum. Open door toner drops from, move gears manually, there might be a blockage in toner hopper.
