Anyone know what an error Code F10 refers too?

Usually it is a harddrive problem. Reformat with 08-690-2 if this fails it needs to be replaced. Depending on which estudio determines which way to reload the harddrive.

It an e-studio 211c. Know how to reload the hard drive??

* When changing a HDD, do the following operations after replacing a new one.
1. Formatting of the HDD
<Procedure>
(1) Turn ON the power while the digital keys [0] and [8] are pressed simultaneously.
(2) Confirm that "Test Mode" is displayed on the control panel. Enter the code "690"
and press the [START] key. The display changes to "System Mode".
(3) Enter "2" and press the [SET] or [INTERRRUPT] key.
(4) [WAIT] is displayed.
(5) Turn OFF the power after the message [REBOOT THE MACHINE] is displayed.

Yes and I have not heard from him in some time been trying to find his email to get a hold of him. Did hear that he had server issues.

IF you did -8-690-2 and it erred then you need a new hard drive. If the new one errs then system pwb.

Make sure you remove the jumper on the new hard drive. Also in order to print to the copier once you replace the HDD you will need to flash the machine with the latest firmware. 3+C and check option 3 to clear NVRam flags and partition the new HDD. 4+9 and install the new firmware via USB jig. Once new firmware is in you will need to reinitialize the nic and reformat the HDD.
