DipSW list for bizhub C353/C253

Hi All, anyone have got DipSW list or Software Switch Setting list for bizhub C353/C253? How can I have them?

wow, there is no listing in the service manual... hmmm, do you have a specific thing you needed to set? I do have some solutions for specific problems that involve SW settings.

That's the point. No DipSW or Soft Switch list in the service manual. If you have some SW setting, could I have it?

The current tsb on this machine has several software sw settings for an assortment of different issues, but no list and by no means complete.

I asked for an answer last fall, never did get an answer from National Tech support.
