I have a Konica 7235 that was working fine until half the touch screen has become totally unresponsive. I changed the whole keyboard with another machine. Same result. It's not the keyboard assy. There is one connection to the main board. Is the main board bad? You can't adjust the screen. Anyone seen this before?
Thanks
Roy
Take the panel apart and clean everything around the screen. I have seen were dirt or a staple has been lodged under the edge of the panel pressing on the edge of the touch screen, causes some weird problems. After making sure all is clean recalibrate the touch screen.

I changed the whole keyboard assy from another machine. The one I took off I put on a different machine and it works fine. It's not the keyboard at all. It's something else.
