C250, 350 Recycler Clog? - Backround voltage?
Hi, basically 2 things
1. we are getting out Magenta IU's clogged on all our 250's it seems like, the recycler is packed full and the auger is not spinning, causing lines and ruining the IU, any way to remedy this or prevent? Happened to about 3 of them so far. Waste dump is emptyed.
2. On the c350 when installing new IU's I have to turn up the background voltage to +5 sometimes, on new IU's. I reset stabilizer, did gradient adjusts, but those are to cover it, not fixing. There a soft switch mabie that got turned on or some setting?
