i face problem in di 650,i place original of size A4 in document feeder but i get copy erased on both sides,also sometimes i place original A4 size on platen glass but it produces copy less than half page and more than half is white page.
how can i get full page copy as per original placed on glass
please help me i am so disturbed with this machine
