      Tech bulletin 1:
      Subject:
C-C134 (CC134) after replacing image processing board.
      Description:
      C-C134.
      Solution:
CAUSE: The incorrect Image processing board is installed.
Note: The latest bizhub PRO C6500/C6500P/C5500 IPB (p/n A03U H020 15 or greater) and bizhub PRO C6501/C6501P/C5501/C65hc (p/n A0U0 H020 *). The [*] designates the last digits of the board revision ("00" is the initial version).

SOLUTION: Install the correct Image processing board.

Also, you might get away with flashing the firmware...leave a door open when you power on the machine to prevent the code until you have flashed it.

Hello and thank you for replay. Yes we have changed the IMPB, and after that we upgraded the firmware, and have the door open, but still we have the error C-C134.

Your IMPB does not match the Mashine Type, thats what i guessed. Look at Stirtons post, and compare the Part Numbers.

          Edit: A03U H020* is for 6500/5500
          A03U H0200* is for 6501/5501

Maybe this machine have been exposed to dust, dirty, clean the electrical contacts, restart to Factory Initial Data.

                  Re: C6500 - with code c-c134.

C-C134 happens ONLY when you put the wrong Image Processing Board in a machine.

                  Conclusion:
You are mistaken about the type of machine - see the SN sticker inside the left front door. Don't know if this applies in all markets but in the US C6500 machines start with SN A03U and C6501 machines start with SN A0U0.

                  or

Its the wrong board in the box. Check the lettering printed on the green circuit board material. C6500 will have A03U and C6501 will have A0U0.

                  or

The board you have is defective.
