    cf 3102 black turning gray

i've got a problem with my cf 3102 , when printing text or even when doing a test print , black has a low contrast (it's gray) , i thought it's low on developer ... i've putted some developer in the IU but no change ... the black toner container it's full ....someone told me it's from the fiery interface and i need to reset it to the default setting, does anybody had this problem ?

What is the count life of the developer unit?

When you do a test print from the machine itself (not the fiery controller test print), is the black density ok?

You may have to replace the IU. Adding starter will not correct a problem if the TCR ratio is out or if the drum unit is worn. If you have an old used IU still around, you can swap it to see if you have any marginal improvement.
