someone has asked me to look at this machine I dont know very much about them,are they any good?
also comes up with;
malfunction detected then underneath it says C-2164.

what is the code to access the machine software so that I can see if there is anything else wrong with it.

After resetting another code will appear.
C2160 Cyan IU
C2161 Magenta IU
C2162 Yellow IU
C2163 Black Iu
