Problem with this unit has been slow degradation of "Full basket" sensor function. Sensors have to be cleaned periodically to get dust off them, but after a year or so of low duty use, no amount of cleaning would make the unit work normally. Shredder won't shred because "Full" light comes on immediately, even with empty basket and nothing blocking sensors.
I've ordered a new board + sensors from Fellowes.
Right now I'm looking for any kind of assembly drawing in order to remove cover from head.
Anyone have experience with this.
