I'm having a problem with a 250. When I arrived there it seems that the machine had been reset; counters were back to 18 copies( it has 55,000 on it). The energy save and backlight on the LCD were at 30 minutes and 1 minute and I can't get in to change it. But the biggest problem is they cannot print anything. The pc sees the printer but doesn't send the job to it. I'm not trained on this machine but have a guide for the basics but nothing like this in in there. Please help!!!

when you say you can see the machine...what do you mean? can you ping the machine or see it over the web browser? -
I should try to reset the machine ,rewrite firmware and re-input the IP address.Comment

My guess would be a corrupt NVRAM unit. Have you tried pinging the machine?Parts: Its what your copier craves!Comment

Your problem is the NVRAM in MFB. Try to replace it.Comment
