Bizhub C250 scan to SMB Forward TX error

I have just installed a C250 on a Windows server 2003 on a domain. Printing and scan to email work fine. When trying to scan to a shared file on the server I get a Forward TX error message. The scan seems to find the server and the folder but will not complete scan without error message. The folder is not on the root drive so I put a folder on the root drive and got the same error. I am not an IT person, just a technician. My IT guy seems to think there is something blocking the transmission on the server. Authentication is set up and seems to be working properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try putting the server IP Address in the WINS setting even if they are running WINS on the Server it has always been necessary when I have done it.
