    bizhub C220 jam code 11-44

    Has anyone else had this jam code showing on this machine. Causing me a knightmare
    I've seen tni report to change wire loom on tray 1 but konica have no stock

    Has anyone got a fix
    If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!

      Had lots of trouble with this code. Main causes are poor quality feed clutches (come with rusty internals from new), deformed feed units which causes binding and slow feeding, and low spring tension on the sensor flag under the large black registration roller. Can be a combination of all these but the clutches are the likely suspects. Set the loop timing to -3 for all trays, this gives maximum loop & seems to help. The wiring fault is not so common but you never know. Hope some of this helps...

          Thanks tech 51 , certainly gives me somethings to try as , KM have no stock on wire looms anyway
