When customer trys to scan to email CE-02 consult key operator or consult system adminstrator appears on screen. Print function works fine. Any suggestions ? Thanks for replys

Reboot the worstation so the IP address gets updated in the scanner profile. The easiest fix is to change the Network Scanner Tool to scan to the host name rather than the IP. That way, if they're running DHCP, it doesn't matter.
