    Sharp AR M 160 lines

This one will give you two lines about 2 inches apart pretty much in the center of the copy when copying a blank sheet. It will start faintly about 2 inches from the leading edge and then get progressively thicker( an eight of an inch ).Sometimes I'll get both lines, sometimes one, sometimes neither one.

I have changed the drum and blade and it looks clean.

    Help!!

    Thanks

I have not worked on Sharps for awhile but I have seen quality problems caused by the saw-tooth type drum charger units. In those cases replacement was the only fix, cleaning the charger did nothing. Hope this helps.

Make sure there is no used toner under the drum blade, used toner can build up and cause CQ problems. Also check the transfer wire, and the main charge (saw tooth) as ebm stated above
