Di 2510 funny problem

i have one di2510 all paper tray show A5 size , i change the PWB A n tray paper size swicth still the same. can someone help ? thanks

Did You look at the bottom of the paper tray.I meant the slider for paper size.It may be broken or may need to be adjusted.

try to switch the tray and see if you are getting the same problem in the first try, if not you know the other tray has problem not the sensor.

I've had this before. The rear paper guide (innermost) is bent slightly down and the black arm is missing the photo sensor. just take the top of the rear guide and bend it towards you. not too much or you"ll knock off the sensor when you slide the tray in.
