Hi all,

Control panel show Magenta and Cyan Imagine units need to be replaced, but when I went into utilites, it shows Magenta and Cyan FULL, and the Black and Yellow have about 10% left.

Any ideas

The bar graph goes from "no bars" when a new unit is installed, and fill up as it is used. Like the opposite of your gas gauge on your car. When you install a new unit, the bar graph is clear. It fills as it's being used. Sounds like the black & yellow are new.
