    konica 7118 c03ff error

    I have a konica 7118 with a C03FF error code. I cleared memory service mode 11. And set code 12 to 1 for 18 page per minute machine and still comes back with same error.

      From Service Mode hit 'Stop' then 'Start' button will bring you into Adjust Mode. Go to item 11. Change the value from 0 to 1.

          Thank you Deep, That took care of the problem. I missed that step listed under adj mode and set mode 11 to 1 in service mode.
