How do I clear the tray error codes? I have codes for tray 1-3 Also a C0914. (tray 2 lift error) I can't seem to clear them. Hitting the trouble reset button under the cover that is on the inside of the door does not clear them or reset them. I've been in tech mode (stop 0, 0 stop 1) (stop 0,0 stop 0 1 ) didn't work.

Thoughts?

I'm not sure about the 4000, but the older Minolta machines had a reset button. It may be located on a small panel in the front of the machine , or on the main PWB.

When the code is displayed open and close the front door if the code isn't displayed and you have the little wrench touch the wrench display the code and open and close the front door.......good luck

I'll give that a shot Luther. One thing, tray 2 has a broken gear. Anyone have a parts man for this box? I don't see it listed on Konica's web site anymore. Although the all active solutions for it is still listed.

Is it the white gear with teeth on each side and a nothing in the middle? I believe its 16/40T or something like that.

I'll take a pic of it with my phone and post it. I"m pretty sure we are talking about the same gear though.
