I have a customer with a C250 having print issues. She is using software from a company called "Trade Master". When she sends a job single sided it works fine, but when she sends a job duplexed it still prints single sided. I tried both PS and PCL drivers. I also defaulted the driver to duplex, no change. It seems the program is ignoring the print driver. Has anyone had these problems with trade master? Or is anyone aware if the program settings can be changed?

Is this software using the Windows print queue or does it have it's own built in print queue?

It has it's own print cue. There is a properties button in it that brings up the driver where you can change settings.

So the Windows print queue isn't involved at any point then?

I would be removing the driver and re-installing it into Trade Master. If that doesn't help, then you could try using an HP Laserjet 4 or 5Si (PCL) driver and see if they will allow you to get your duplex through.
