Have u interchanged the cassette and tried ?
Have you reset the procedure PICI 14 intiated?
Also you may interchange the paper feed assembly and check the sensor actuators?
Try please
Ravi.

You may intiate the simulation 14 and excute.
Have you tried this?

Sim 14 only clears codes, sim 4 (1), (2) and (3) checks the motor and sensors of the deck paper feed/large capacity tray ( page 9-3 sharp AR-M350/450 service manual). There is a updated lift up motor (per sharpnet). We have had a few machines with this type of problems, mostly from the first (small) tray, but I have had to change some out on the desk units. Also you can try adjusting the paper sensors by using Sim 40-12 (page 9-33 Sharp AR-M350/450 service manual)

I've got a problem U6-02 from AR-M350 and after swap the motors and sensors, tried simulations procedures, etc. I swap the PCU board with another machine that had not LCD, but trays 3 and 4. They both still working.

I'm confused?
Which is still working? The machine with the LCT or the one
with the 2 drawer base?
Both machines?
I'm lost...

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say that fast and was really bad. Machine 1 had LCT, but gave me code U6-02. Machine 2 had four trays ( no LCT ) and was working ok. Because I had those two machines in the same room, I've decided, after exhaustively trying other options, to swap the ICU boards between them. The ICU from 2 is now working on machine 1 beautifully, and the ICU that was on 1 now is working on machine number 2 wonderfully. :);)
