Help! How do we clear the memory on C50?

When we go to print a job, we get a message "job is deleted due to insufficient memory" and "memory is full" message, too, on our bizhub C650. We've cleared the que & rebooted our computer & copier w/ no results. How can we either clear our memory or fix it? Thanks for any help.
