    Bizhub 282, false ADF jam

    The customer says that most of the time, when it comes out of sleep mode, it shows a false jam at the ADF feed. Have to open and close the door to clear. Counter showed 192 jams at ADF feed. I could not repeat it when I was there. Any ideas?

      Is it a jam or is it showing that an original was left on the glass?
