C4101 is polygon motor failure. The book says to check connections, change printhead, or change PWB-A
Hope this helps

Did you install a Bizhub 350 PH? The 200 and 250 are different than the 350. Just a thought.

Just replaced a 250 PH unit this morning, got that error code when i tried to copy. I had one of the ribbon cables flipped the wrong way. Check that as well if someone was playing around the ribbon cable area.

How could I forget the ribbon cables! I got them reversed the first time I replaced a PH in a Bizhub 350! Dang I need a vacation!

Did you replace the write unit?
Does the machine come to ready state? and if it does, does the code blow as soon as an original in placed in the df or the start button is pressed?
Make sure you have 2 ribbon cables and one connector running through back of machine from PH unit. Also make sure you have the correct ph unit installed.

Here this is straight from Konica ...
