How are you
I have a problem I went to one customer and told me that there is paper stuck in between the side cover
And then removed as usual at a time
But this time, you know that the machine remained a paper stuck or side cover is not closed
With the paper removed and the side cover is closed but the issue still exists

You either still have a scrap of paper in the areas indicated..or a broken/stuck actuator or sensor!

An actuator on the switchback unit has a spring on it that likes to pop off. It indicates a jam when this happens. Above the fuser in the middle of the switchback unit.

Thank you
I went early to the customer the day after to make sure the integrity of the sensor and when my question to the customer
Is the paper fully removed?
He told me yes
It turns out that there is a very small piece of paper
Thank you

True
Most errors easy but it remains difficult to detect
