If this is on Fiery try 'toner reduction' setting. It is actually better to run a lighter paper weight.

it's happen when he use paper lighter the paper stick in the fuser becuse the he print dark background
Sticks to the fuser? Is the client using laser gloss or press gloss? I can't see adjusting fuser pressure as the resolution here. I would try a different brand of paper same wieght, as well I would try different weight settings to see if paper passes at any speed. Last note make sure you run a few blank sheet between jams to clean excess toner.

what paper size? If is A4 try A4S (=A4R=A4 rotated 90 degree)
try toner reduction or toner exposure.
You can see also is black is made from CMYK or from pure black. Preffered to made on your file from K only.
Nothing else can help you.
Final solution heavier paper.

Fold the paper in half. The
paper will crease easily with the grain. If you fold
against the grain you get a jagged edge.
