If you stop the copy half way through is it on the copy? Can you see it on the belt?

Has the mod guide sheet ( A00H703400 ) been fitted next to the transfer roller? if not fit one. Try increaseing the second transfer voltage as a temp fix, to me it looks like a transfer problem, I'd also be tempted to replace the transfer roller as well.

Good luck

Is it there if you do test prints from within the machines memeory? Like the printed meter or the gradation charts in test mode. If those are clean you could have issues with the OS.

Its not so much the transfer roller itself but the guide plate next to it. I've had a few of these machines give faults like the one you have and its been caused by static building up on the guide plate especially with thicker paper. If you just increase the second transfer voltage by lets say 2 or 3 steps you should see an improvment in the copy quality, if this is the case you know you are on the right track, the next step would be to fit the mod guide sheet or make one up your self and reset the transfer voltage back to the default setting.
