Account Track Data

Hi all,

Ok a customer has faxed over asking hoe to make sense of the Account track data and after reading it myself i also am struggling to make sense of it. Ok here goes

Account 1

Total Copy: 24373

Total Print: 847

Total: 25247

Ok so far so good, now below that on same account it says:

No of Orginals: 26004
No of Prints: 13882

Now what exactly are these figures relating to they dont seem to tie in with the totals.

Export the account track file and either post the file here, or open it with excell and post the image. I have many law firms using account track and they seem to have it figured out. I will try to make sense of it for you. Emujo
