Bizhub pro 920

I've got a bizhub pro 920 with a sc 23-10 code which is a drum motor lock issue. The drum section turn easy and is clean. The motor gearing assem is fine and looks good. The motor will not even attemp to turn. Has anyone had this issue or do you know if those drum motors are known to go bad? This machine has 2.8 mil on it. Perhaps there is a clear code that I dont know of?

I'd check for a flipped blade, but I'm sure it's just a bad motor. Be sure to check fuses first though.
