scan to box in bizhub c220

i have tried to install and configure the box operator in c220 but every time i try to open the box from pc the unable to connect error message appears .
any configuration required for it to work? has happened to 3 different clients .with c203 box operator works quite perfectly.

You're using public user box or system user box? you must setting up on bizhub C220 first, in user box function. you can read the user manual. Bizhub C220 is different than bizhub C203.
