Konica Minolta Bizhub C360 FTP Printing

Does any one know what the Login and Password for the FTP server on a Konica Minolta Bizhub C360?

I have tried the obvious ones:- admin, administrator, port1, root, sysadm.:confused::confused:

I am trying to setup printing from a HPUX v10 server but the software being used only supports FTP printing. (it cannot be configured to use LP/LPR etc).
