If printing is OK, I would clean the optical section.

Tied that but nothing . i have replaced the ccd unit but behaves the same

Look at the 1st mirror assembly for missing plastic feet that ride the rails. Had one that managed to pop out during shipping, or was never correctly inserted. Emujo
