Hello,
Our Bizhub is giving us screaming fits! We have had multiple problems with it lately, but the current issue is that we don't have a driver, or one that works properly, for it. We have had service out for it a couple times, and after getting a new computer and trying to install the copier on that printer, we are ready to sell it and get a different brand.
Where can we get a disk, with the proper installer, for our copier/printer? I've been on the phone with Konica Minolta a couple times, and they just want to send a tech person out. All we need is the installation disk.

This is the universal driver installer. Download and run. It should work on up to Server 2008. I don't know how it works on any of the "home" OS editions. You will probably have to be logged in as admin on the targeted workstation. I would also ensure the firmware on the MFP is up to date, no new release since 2007, but ver 53 is the latest.
