Quick way of storing multiple names on scanner(s) C450 & 7145

Ok, we've just moved 2 of our copiers to different locations in the building (7145 & C450).

Now the problem I have is I need to add at least 100 people to each one. Is there an easy way of doing this without having to add them one by one? I can access both copiers via the pc but can only still add one name at a time...

Hi

Use Pagescope Data Administrator Utility. Not sure if it works with the 7145 but it will with the C450.

Definately PageScope Data Aministrator. Won't work with the 7145 but will sort out the C450.
